
Welcome to our first 2021 newsletter!
Each month we will be publishing updates on our properties as they develop. This year has gotten off to a busy start and with the constraints of Covid-19 still in full force, Davies Property Holdings have an aggressive plan for 2021.
The updates as of January are as follows:
Woodfieldside, Blackwood.
2 Bedroom Bungalow – Full Renovation: Two parties interested, awaiting the sale of their properties in order to proceed.
Lewis Crescent, Gilfach.
3 Bedroom Semi Detached – Full Renovation: 5 weeks into a 10-week restoration, we have accepted an offer and looking forward to working with the new owners on finishing styles, materials and colours.
Eagle Park, Bath.
4 Bedroom Dorma Bungalow – Full Renovation and large extension: Work has commenced on the original building, house is to be gutted and a new dorma bedroom and en-suite to be added into the existing roof space, to mirror to existing master bedroom. New heating, electrics, both heat and noise insulation, reconfiguration of the floorplan to give a more family orientated open feel.
The Orchard, Blackwood.
Planning permission granted for three, four-bedroom detached houses. Working with the council and highways on some ‘paperwork’. Hoping to commence this project later this year.
Park Place, Bargoed (The Capel). Land purchased in December 2020, planning permission for a four-bedroom, three storey, detached residence is imminent. Site clearance has commenced. Security gates erected.
Dan – Y – Coed, Wyllie.
Offer accepted on a derelict four-bedroom cottage with and impressive sized garden (including swimming pool). Lot’s of work on this one but will be a fantastic family home, once completed.
